New Britain Courthouse

The Connecticut judicial branch functions to serve the interest of justice and the public. The judicial branch fulfills its roles by resolving matters brought before the courts in a fair, timely, efficient, and transparent manner. Residents of Connecticut can trust the judiciary branch to handle their matters, whether civil or criminal-related, appropriately. Defendants charged to court, those on jury duty, friends and family of defendants, and others who have a reason to be in court are advised to wear a mask or cloth face-covering to cover their mouths and nose.
