The 6 Steps to Bail Bonds in Deep River
1. Bond is Set
The bond for your arrest will be determined on the same location of your arrest by the Deep River Residential Trooper. If you are unable to pay the initial bond, a judge will determine a final bail that must be paid. If you are also unable to pay this final bail payment, you will consequently remain in jail until your scheduled court date.

You will be able to speak directly with one of our local bail bondsman in Deep River about your jail bond. They will help you better understand the bail bonds process and walk you through step-by-step. Be prepared with as much information as possible. This includes: name, date of birth, jail location, the town they were arrested in, and the charges against them. If they are in a correctional facility, their inmate number would also be helpful.
3. Meeting a Bail Agent
After a phone call with one of our bondsmen our Deep River bail bondsperson will meet you for a one-on-one consultation. This personal consultation will reaffirm that you understand the bail bonds process and conditions. The meeting with our bail agent includes payment methods, court systems, local laws, and any other questions you may have. If required, collateral may be collected at this point of the process. Collateral items can range from jewelry to cars, houses and any other forms of property. Collateral will be withheld until the final bond is eventually paid off.
4. Release from Jail
When all necessary information gathered, your Deep River bail bond agent will get right to work. They will visit the location of your jail to fill out the required paperwork. The bail bond process normally takes up to 30 to 40 minutes to complete. Accurate information helps the process go smoother. Signed and complete paperwork will result in you receiving your release papers. Finally, you will be authorized to return to your home.
5. Court Date
A specific court date will be scheduled and you will be informed as when to arrive. You are expected to show up on time. Being prompt ensures the court process will go efficiently. Failure to show up to court will result in Connecticut Bail Bonds Group dispatching our Deep River bail bond agent to return you to jail.
The bond will be exonerated upon the completion of the trial. Guilt or innocence will not affect this.
